Olé Tapas is an independent, authentic Spanish tapas bar founded in 2014 by Guillermo and Manolo. We are a hidden gem tucked away on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of Bath city centre, near Queen Square, the Theatre Royal and Milsom Street.
Our menu of Tapas Caseras (homemade tapas) celebrates seasonal Spanish ingredients — from 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham and Manchego cheese to gambas al ajillo, patatas bravas, croquetas, sangria, Rioja wines and cava.
Look for the terracotta door at 1 John Street and follow the stairs to Spain.
